Lunde & The Curated Path LLC collaborate closely on select custom journeys and group programs while operating as independent travel advisory businesses under the professional umbrella of Global Travel Collection, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and registered Seller of Travel.
Each company functions as an independent contractor and maintains its own client agreements, payment policies, and governing law based on its state of registration. The Terms & Conditions below apply specifically to the company named in your proposal and invoice.
By confirming your travel arrangements and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions for your advisor. These Terms include important details regarding deposits, cancellations, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution procedures.
