While our primary focus is designing multi-day, fully customized itineraries around the world, we understand that there are times when expert support for a hotel booking alone is helpful. Through our preferred partnerships, select properties may also extend special amenities and on-property benefits when reservations are made on your behalf.
How the Process Works
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete the hotel request form below with your preferred dates, room type, and any special considerations.
Step 2: Availability & Proposal
Once your submission is received, we will contact the hotel’s reservations team directly to confirm availability and applicable benefits. You will then receive details for your review.
Step 3: Approval & Confirmation
After you approve securing the space, your credit card details (provided via the form) will be securely submitted to the hotel.

Most hotels use the card for guarantee only and charge at checkout.

If a deposit or advance payment is required, you will be advised before confirmation.
Step 4: Final Confirmation
Once the hotel confirms the reservation, we will send final confirmation details.
Timing Expectations

Initial proposal: Please allow 2–3 business days

Final confirmation after approval: An additional 2–3 business days

Due to time constraints, hotel-only bookings do not include full tour documents, destination guides, or detailed travel tips.
